All tuition and fees, including housing costs, will appear as line items on your Student Account Billing Statement, which will be available beginning May 15 through your MYUSC account at https://sfs.usc.edu/epay/.

If you are applying for USC Housing, your Housing bill will be available in your USC account in the beginning of June. The email notification of your Billing Statement availability will only be sent to your student USC email address.

Once your bill is posted, you can view and submit payment through your MyUSC account by clicking on the Pay My Bill section at: https://sfs.usc.edu/epay/

All tuition and housing fees must be paid in full by June 12 in order to secure your enrollment in the Program and to guarantee your housing assignment.

We strongly encourage you to submit your tuition and fee payments within five (5) days of the Billing Statement's release.

Failure to submit your tuition and housing payment by the June 12 deadline will result in finance charges being applied to your account and could jeopardize your standing at USC SCA.

The University currently assesses a monthly finance charge on all past-due balances. The current annual rate is 12 percent, subject to change.

If your tuition and housing bills are not paid by June 12, you will not be able to attend any classes in the SCA Summer Program or move in to the dorm.

Please note the following

• To access your billing statement, you must log in directly to the USC Student Financial Services portal linked above.
• USC does not accept credit or debit card payments for tuition and fees.
• USC does accept electronic check/ACH payments, allowing you to transfer funds securely from your checking or savings account. Detailed instructions are provided once you log in to the Pay My Bill portal.

Please note that the SCA Summer Program does not manage student billing.

Nonrefundable Deposit

• Once a student is accepted into the Program, the non-refundable $750 Commitment Deposit must be submitted within 7 Days after the date of the Acceptance Notification. The Commitment Deposit will be credited back to the student's USC account toward their tuition.
• Failure to submit the Commitment Deposit within 7 Days after the date of the Acceptance Notification could jeopardize enrollment in the SCA Summer Program.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to summer@cinema.usc.edu. Application fees or deposits are nonrefundable. Any tuition paid to the university will be refunded, not including fees and deposits, if processed before the university withdrawal date of July 1, 2026. The university will not refund tuition, room and board, or any other program fees for students dismissed from the program or unable to enter the country due to an improper visa.

Dismissal from the USC SCA Summer Program

Certain actions may result in immediate dismissal from the program. Students dismissed from the program at any time and for any reason will be withdrawn from their course and will not receive academic credit.

Residential students will be required to vacate the residential hall immediately. No refund of tuition, fees, room and board charges, or any other program charges will be provided in cases where a student is dismissed.
