Commencement Speaker Jay Roach Welcomes New Graduates

On May 15th, the 2015 graduating class from the USC School of Cinematic Arts came together with parents, friends, family, faculty, and staff to celebrate the milestone at the Shrine Auditorium across the street from USC.
The main commencement speaker was Emmy Award-winning alum/director Jay Roach and the Mary Pickford Alumni Award recipient was Emmy Award-nominated showrunner Melissa Rosenberg.
“Our graduates have distinguished themselves in so many ways, and I look forward to following their careers as they carry forward the legacy of this School,” said School of Cinematic Arts Dean Elizabeth M. Daley. “It was a true honor to welcome the newest alumni to the SCA family.”
A reception was held at the Meldman Family Cinematic Park after the ceremony.
