Benjamin Cunis, MFA

Ben Cunis is a director, actor, fight choreographer, and writer living in Los Angeles, CA. He currently teaches directing at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. His films have been featured in such diverse festivals as the Telluride Horror Show, Studio City Film Festival, the Artemis Women in Action Festival, the Jack Oakie Comedy Festival at USC, and others. Before moving to Los Angeles, he spent 10 years directing, fight choreographing, writing, and acting as a Company Member at Synetic Theater in Washington, DC. At Synetic he trained in and taught mime, dance, acrobatics, clowning, gymnastics, parkour and other physical disciplines. While in DC he also acted and choreographed for film, television, and theater. He is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and got his BA in Theater at the Catholic University of America.
