Barbara Nance is a professional screenwriter, with over twenty years of experience working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. Her writing is focused mainly in one-hour drama television. Among her credits are Threshold (CBS), Blade (Spike), Army Wives (Lifetime), Flashforward (ABC), In Plain Sight (USA), and House of Lies (Showtime). She is also a proud and active member of the Writers Guild of America, is on numerous committees, serves as a judge for the TV Writer Access Project, has been a mentor for the Military Veterans Screenwriting Workshop for many years, and serves as a mentor to new Guild members.
Prior to her screenwriting career, Barbara was a software analyst. She graduated from the American College in Paris with a B.A. in Computer Science.
