Marc Fernandez is an instructor in the Division of Media Arts + Practice. Currently, Marc is teaching a section of IML 140 entitled Digital Media for Business - the course takes a critical look at new media, interactive advertising and digital technologies and their influence and impact on business strategy.
Marc has spent his professional career successfully cultivating strategic business relationships and marketing programs with global leaders in high tech including Google, Apple, Microsoft, Pantone and Sony and served as a consultant to the venture capital community and emerging companies in the mobile and Location Based Services (LBS) sectors.
Marc holds several patents in the area of micro-optic communications technology and earned a B.S from Stanford University and an M.S. from the University of Washington.
