Affiliated Divisions:
Division of Film & Television Production
Producer Nicolaas Bertelsen hails from Ames, Iowa, and became interested in film as a child when he discovered that his grandfather played a small role in THE GODFATHER: PART II. This opened the door to the idea of working in film - for a kid who couldn’t have been more removed from Hollywood. Nicolaas has over 20 years of physical production experience and is currently producing THE TOMORROW MAN with Anonymous Content and Noble Jones (THE SOCIAL NETWORK). His other recent feature films include RUST CREEK (in post-production), DEIDRA & LANEY ROB A TRAIN (Sundance), THE LAND (Sundance), END OF FALL (New Filmmakers New York), YOSEMITE (Slamdance), MEMORIA (Austin Film Festival), and THE LABYRINTH (Screamfest). Nicolaas holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Cinema-Television from the University of Southern California, and is a member of the Producers Guild of America.
