Writer-Director ELLE CALLAHAN

Elle Callahan is a Los Angeles-based film director and sound designer. She was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts where she acquired most of her stern humor and soft Rs. A firm believer in story above all else, Elle is an alumna of USC's School of Cinematic Arts. Her focus lies in the genres of mystery and magic realism - as she sees the world through amber-colored glasses. Elle’s first feature film HEAD COUNT premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2018, winning the Special Jury Prize in the Nightfall category. Her second film WITCH HUNT is currently in post-production.

SLEIGHT (Sundance 2016)

Since his 2012 graduation from USC’s film production program, Eric B. Fleischman has produced some 24 micro-budget features. His first job was at Paramount’s Insurge micro-budget division during its inaugural year. He then moved to Jason Blum's Blumhouse Productions where he was introduced to the inner mechanics of micro-budget filmmaking first-hand. With the knowledge of how to turn high-concept low-budget films into box office successes, Fleischman raised private equity and began producing edgy, bold, unconventional genre films with first-time filmmakers. In 2014, he co-founded Diablo Entertainment which enjoyed successes with films including Sundance 2016’s CARNAGE PARK and SLEIGHT and TriBeCa’s FLOWER and ALL ABOUT NINA before leaving to start Defiant Studios in 2018. That same year, Fleischman was included in the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Hollywood & Entertainment List.

Writer-Director MARITTE GO

Maritte Go graduated from SCA with a Masters in Production. She is a Film Independent Project Involve Directing Fellow; her short FRACTURED premiered at the LA Film Festival, winning the Barbara Boyle Excellence in Filmmaking award. Maritte’s script “Binarang” was a finalist (from over 200) in Breaking Through the Lens Cannes. She is also an HBO Visionary award winner; her short film REMITTANCE is currently on HBO. Women in Media supported her short film ILLIPINO, which makes its Black carpet premiere in October. She recently finished her feature directorial debut RISE. Before that, she directed a segment of PHOBIAS, a feature for Defiant Studios and Radio Silence. Next, she’ll direct a horror/thriller “Omega” produced by Dark Castle, Divide/Conquer, and XYZ.
