Entirely curated and produced by iMAP students, iMappening 2015 showcases a broad array of works-in-progress by the PhD students in the program, with examples of performance, installation, media-enhanced forms of civic engagement, video, projection mapping, games, cultural analytics, audio experiments, interactive book projects and more. The show features PhD candidates Karl Baumann, Biayna Bogosian, micha cárdenas, Laura Cechanowicz, Rosemary Comella, Behnaz Farahi, Todd Furmanski, Aroussiak Gabrielian, Samantha Gorman, Hao Gu, Juri Hwang, Jeanne Jo, Amanda Tasse and Clea von Chamier-Waite. There will also be talks by Karl Baumann, Rosemary Comella, Todd Furmanski, Adam Liszkiewicz, Joshua McVeigh-Schultz and Gabriel Peters-Lazaro.
