AURORAE KHOO writes for television in both comedy and drama.  She is currently a Co-Executive Producer on the CBS Drama "NCIS."  In the past, she has written for the legal drama "All Rise" (OWN/HBO Max), "Nurse Jackie" (Showtime), "Young & Hungry" (ABC Freeform), "Chespeake Shores" (Hallmark), "In Plain Sight" (USA), "Unforgettable" (CBS), "Running Wilde" (Fox)... to name a few. She has sold an animated project to Apple and television projects to Sony, Warner Brothers, and Fox. She has also worked extensively in Asia in television, animation, and features. As a playwright, Khoo has been produced and read around the country, venues include South Coast Repertory (Costa Mesa) and Playwrights Horizons (NYC).

She has a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Brown University, an MFA from New York University, and held a playwriting residency at Harvard University's Radcliffe Institute.  She has also taught for Loyola Marymount University, NYU (main campus, Singapore, and Shanghai), San Diego State, and Carnegie Mellon's Graduate Writing Program.
