Abram Makowka is an artist, writer and creator of animated and live-action television and film. His animated series, Lost in Oz, has been nominated for various Annie and Emmy Awards and won the Daytime Emmy for "Outstanding Children's Animated Program". 

Currently, he oversees development for various animated and live action television projects at Bureau of Magic Studios where he is a co-founding partner. As a sought-after writer and copywriter, he collaborates independently with an impressive list of filmmakers and production companies in the entertainment and advertising spaces.

A dedicated mentor, he is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the John C. Hench Division of Animation + Digital Arts.
