Abram Makowka is an artist, writer and creator of animated and live-action television and film. His animated series, Lost in Oz, has been nominated for various Annie and Emmy Awards and won the Daytime Emmy for "Outstanding Children's Animated Program". 

As a sought-after writer and copywriter, he collaborates independently with an impressive list of filmmakers and production companies in the entertainment and advertising spaces.

A dedicated mentor, he is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the John C. Hench Division of Animation + Digital Arts.
