Amy Toomin Straus is a veteran TV writer, having written on the staff of ten shows, including Friends and Grounded for Life. While on Friends, she co-wrote “The One With the Embryos.” She has also co-written pilots for ABC and CBS, as well as a screenplay of Malcolm in the Middle. Most recently, she has several projects in development and is in post-production on a documentary. Straus holds a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
