Produced features include NERVE (2015) and A SIMPLE FAVOR (2018). The sequel A SIMPLE FAVOR 2 is greenlit for production in 2024 for director Paul Feig. Ms. Sharzer recently adapted the novel THE GIRLS I’VE BEEN for Millie Bobby Brown at Netflix and cult classic THE HUNGER for Warner Brothers. Ms. Sharzer is currently writing SING 3 for Illumination. In television, Ms. Sharzer was a Co-Executive Producer on AMERICAN HORROR STORY, STAR, AMAZING STORIES and NINE PERFECT STRANGERS. She is currently developing James Patterson’s bestselling series WOMEN’S MURDER CLUB along with Carol Mendelsohn for Amazon. As a writer/director, Ms. Sharzer made her feature debut with SPEAK which premiered at in 2004. She holds Masters Degrees from NYU and UC Berkeley.
