Martzi Campos, Assistant Professor of Cinematic Arts

Martzi Campos, an artist and interactive designer, has been a part of the University of Southern California's Interactive Media and Games Division since 2016. She earned a BFA in Painting and Installation art from the Rhode Island School of Design and holds an MFA from USC.

As an educator, Martzi teaches various courses, including introductory game design, themed entertainment, world-building in Augmented Reality, and the MFA thesis class.

Her personal work focuses on merging handcrafted objects with digital technology, resulting in VR art installations, alternative controller games featuring pop-up books and radios, and Augmented Reality escape rooms. Martzi has exhibited her work at events such as E3, IndieCade, DIGRAPH, Electronic Literature Organization, and the Game Developers Conference.
