Uttera Singh is an actor/director originally from the heart of India. She has an MFA from USC's School of Cinematic Arts, where she co-directed a feature film called Mad Whale.  Her short film Fanny Pack screened over eighty film festivals and won over twenty five awards, including the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award and best comedy at the Cleveland International Film Festival, eventually it was sold to PBS. Uttera is a Ryan Murphy HALF fellow. She is currently in post-production on her feature directorial debut called Pinch.
