Sabrina Espinoza was appointed to Senior Director, Academic Support in April 2018. In this role she oversees the donor coordinator of more than 125 student support funds directed to SCA.
Sabrina joined the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2010 as Director of Annual Giving. In this role, she led the charge of implementing and growing the School’s annual fund program, including that of the SCA Parent Project and SCA Network membership program that supports students and alumni. In addition to overseeing the School’s constituent database, Sabrina also managed SCA’s monthly electronic newsletter and social media campaigns.
Prior to joining USC, Sabrina worked for five years in fundraising and annual giving for Public Broadcasting and National Public Radio affiliates in Kansas and California. During her time, she oversaw various membership programs including a Kids Club, planned and managed membership events, and even produced and hosted live on-air fundraising campaigns. In this capacity, Sabrina was able to grow revenue and develop integrated approaches to philanthropy. It was also during this time that she found her love for all things fundraising and learned best practices in donor management and outreach.
Born in Wichita, Kansas, Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and is a proud Jayhawk! She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She resides in Glendale with her husband.
