Academic Events and Scheduling Coordinator
Loretta Kania assists the Vice Deans of Faculty and Academic Affairs with various administrative matters including faculty recruiting, hiring, tenure and promotion, leaves, endowed chair appointments, retirements, academic program reviews, and budget handling. She produces multiple faculty events each year and is also the lead organizer of the school's commencement exercises.
Prior to joining the School of Cinematic Arts, Loretta worked for production companies in New York as an associate producer and company manager for various performing artists and served as festival coordinator for the Obie award-winning Serious Fun! Festival at Lincoln Center.
