David Stone is the co-founder of the boutique entertainment management firm, TFC Management as well as its sister company, TFC Productions. He started his career as an agent at the famed William Morris Agency (later renamed WME) where he grew from a young associate to senior partner before departing to launch TFC. The firm's clients include some of the preeminent actors, writers, filmmakers, playwrights, novelists, and producers in the world of entertainment.
David grew up in Pasadena, California and attended Polytechnic School where he met his wife, Natalie Stone. David later attended Wesleyan University where he majored in English Literature and Film Studies. During his time at Wesleyan, David served as the Co-Chair of the Student Judicial Board and the Captain of the Men’s Soccer Team where he was the two-time recipient of the Bernie O'Rourke Memorial Award and two-time Academic All-NESCAC selection. David later received his MFA from the Peter Stark Producers Program at the University of Southern California.
In 2017 David was appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles, Mayor Eric Garcetti, as a Commissioner for the City Tourism Department. He recently completed his second term as a Commissioner. David is currently serving on the Wesleyan University President’s Advisory Council and has continued in his role as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California as well as a guest lecturer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. David was honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as the LLS 2016 Man of the Year for the Los Angeles Chapter and was recognized on The Hollywood Reporters prestigious Next Gen list: 35 Under 35. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Young Storytellers, a non-profit focused on arts education for children, as well as the Board of Governors of The Huntington.
David lives in Los Angeles with his wife Natalie and their two children.
