To SCA Faculty & Academic Program Coordinators –
Theatre Services will provide media for in-class screenings.  Please note, we have different due dates depending upon requirements:

SUMMER CLASSES:
•    Send requests ASAP

FALL CLASSES:
•    For DCPs and 35mm film, submit your list by FRIDAY MAY 29
•    For DVD & Blu-ray discs only, submit your list by FRIDAY JUNE 12

TO REQUEST TITLES:
•    Download & complete a spreadsheet and return to aleist@cinema.usc.edu
•    Accurate Screening Dates are required.
•    Late forms and requests may not be fulfilled.

DETAILS & POLICIES:
•    We cannot provide titles on streaming services.  Faculty must use personal accounts to stream in our rooms and theaters.
•    We don’t provide titles to show clips.  Clips and short segments can often be viewed online.
•    Generally, we provide 1 title per week of instruction, but exceptions are possible.
•    Titles are provided based on availability, and cooperation with our policies and processes.
