Upcoming Graduates: First Jobs Program

Attention All Graduating Students!

If you are graduating this semester, Industry Relations advises that you sign up for the First Jobs program. This is a program we have to help connect you with companies specifically looking for USC grads. 

How to apply for the First Jobs Program:

Requirements for Program Applicants:

• Be a current student a month away from graduating from the School of Cinematic Arts or a degree-holding SCA alumnus, including minor degrees, who graduated within the last five years.
• Attend at least one of the Office of Industry Relations' Career Talks, watch an IR Career Talk via SCA Community or make a one-on-one appointment with Lisa Fox, the Director of the First Jobs Program. 
• Fill out an application form and provide two letters of recommendation from professional references. https://goo.gl/forms/t3Qguzbh8vUJ7bE82

Additional Information:

• FIRST JOBS applicants will be considered on a rolling basis.
• Inclusion in the FIRST JOBS program and selection for opportunities is at the discretion of the School of Cinematic Arts.
• FIRST JOBS participants will receive notifications of available positions by email.
• There is no guarantee of selection for job placement.
• All questions about FIRST JOBS or available positions must be directed to the School of Cinematic Arts FIRST JOBS program via email: firstjobs@cinema.usc.edu.
• Under no circumstance should program participants contact Mr. Kaplan or any other employer directly. Doing so will jeopardize your participation in the FIRST JOBS program.
