Summer 2022 Opportunities!

The Industry Relations department remains open throughout the summer to offer career meetings, provide festival & distribution advice, and conduct internship & first job placement. We look forward to seeing you!

New Fellowships:

AFI Directing Workshop for Women

AFI’s DWW program mentors filmmakers through the production cycle of a short film, providing hands-on instruction led by industry experts.

Warner Bros Access Comedic Voices Program

During an intensive multi-day bootcamp, participants of this program will get the opportunity to learn the art of creating late night materials, producing unscripted segments and hearing from creative and executive speakers. The application requires creation of a late-night-style segment in the voice of Samantha Bee, John Oliver, or Bill Maher, as well as jokes/bits submissions for TBS's WIPEOUT and TruTV's IMPRACTICAL JOKERS.

Dreamworks Trainee Program

Trainees gain hands-on experience on a Television or Feature production while learning from award-winning artists. In addition to working directly on an actual production, Trainees are exposed to a strategically designed, comprehensive curriculum taught by industry and studio professionals.

USC Stark Film on NBC Peacock!

Congratulations to Tayo Amos, whose film MAGNOLIA BLOOM just released on Peacock, following a world premiere at Tribeca and a screening at Cannes Film Festival. You can watch the Today Show interview where Tayo speaks about the program HERE!
