Clermont-Ferrand Int. Short FF

The Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival is the biggest and most important international Film Festival and Market dedicated to short film in the world.

Each year, Industry Relations's Sandrine Faucher Cassidy, Director of Festivals, Distribution and Talent Development, is present there to help attending SCA students and alumni navigate the festival. But also to promote all student and alumni projects at the Market to film buyers and programmers. Last year we had 60 films under the USC umbrella at the Market!

Submission Deadline: October 7th 2019 for films completed in 2019. Click on the following link to submit your short projects: https://clermont-filmfest.org/en/short-film-festival/submit-a-film/

Once you've submitted your USC or independent project, please email Sandrine (cassidy@cinema.usc.edu) your password protected Vimeo link, film title, production number (if applicable) and Synopsis. Email subject should be Clermont 2019.

All the films entered in competition to the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival also qualify (free of charge) for their Short Film Market. All films submitted to the festival will be referenced in the Short Film Market catalog with a photo, synopsis, key info and contact details for production and sales. For USC student shorts, put Sandrine Cassidy as your sales contact.

Happy submitting!
