CTPR Section Assignments


CTPR 310/376 SECTION ASSIGNMENTS, SPRING 2009


    * Qualified students will be notified by the Production Faculty office when they can register for CTPR 310/376.
    * The registration deadline is Friday, January 9, 2009. The School of Cinematic Arts will NOT waive late fees for students who fail to register and settle their tuition and fees by the deadline.

CTPR 480 SECTION ASSIGNMENTS, SPRING 2009


All students enrolling in CTPR 480 must register for the lecture (dailies) section and appropriate lab section for their crew position.  In addition, editors must register for the discussion section, which is the AVID Tutorial.  The section numbers are as follows:

CTPR 508 SECTION ASSIGNMENTS, SPRING 2009


    * Qualified students will be notified by the Production Faculty office when they can register for CTPR 508.
    * The registration deadline is Friday, January 9, 2009. The School of Cinematic Arts will NOT waive late fees for students who fail to register and settle their tuition and fees by the deadline.
    * CTWR 529 does not require D-clearance. Simply enroll directly via web registration. Wait lists will not be kept for full sections.
    * Critical Studies courses: for D-clearance, go to the Division of Critical Studies, LUC 405.

CTPR 546 (NARRATIVE) SECTION ASSIGNMENTS, SPRING 2009

All students enrolling for CTPR 546 must register for the lecture (dailies) section and appropriate lab section for their crew position.  In addition, editors must register for the discussion section, which is the AVID Tutorial.  The section numbers are as follows:

CTPR 581, 582, 586 and 587 SECTION ASSIGNMENTS, SPRING 2009


    * There are special approval procedures required for students to receive D-clearance for the advanced production courses, CTPR 581abcz, CTPR 582abz, CTPR 586ab, and CTPR 587abcz. Guidelines and forms are available on the SCA Community website.  If you have questions about CTPR 581abcz, CTPR 586ab and CTPR 587abcz contact Mary Beth Fielder, and for CTPR 582abz contact Brenda Goodman.
    * After receiving all of the required written approvals, students must submit their approval forms and a D-clearance Request Form to Student Affairs.
    * The registration deadline is Friday, January 9, 2009.

NOTE: If a student cannot obtain all of the required approvals by the registration deadline he or she must register and pay for an alternate course (e.g., USC 100) to avoid a late fee. The School of Cinematic Arts will not waive late fees for students who submit their D-clearance request after the registration deadline.
