This autobiographical installation investigates the animator's memory of
her grandmother who passed away from cancer; it reflects on life, death,
and the process of healing through immersive experiences in water and
sound. A Letter to You was originally projected as a site-specific
installation in the "Rhythms and Visions" event at USC School of
Cinematic Arts courtyard; it been installed at the Cinetoro Film Festival in
Toro, Colombia, the WAHA Art Tour in Los Angeles, and the IC Docs
Festival in Iowa City, IA.
