Under her 16 year leadership at the School of Cinematic Arts, the development staff has raised over $100 million and increased the endowment from $6 million to $50 million including a record 13 endowed chairs, more than any film school. In the spring of 2001, the school opened the Robert Zemeckis Center for Digital Arts, the nation's first fully digital training facility, with gifts totaling over $25 million.
In October of 2006 the school announced the largest gift in USC history with $175 million from the Lucasfilm Foundation. Loadvine and her fundraising staff are currently in a campaign to raise $50 million for endowment and $25 million for capital construction funds.
Loadvine has been in professional fundraising over 30 years and at USC for the past 22 years. She was the lead fundraiser for Kaprielian Hall and the Leavey Library prior to joining the School of Cinematic Arts in 1991.
