Jonathan Martofel is proud to join the USC family and to work with the Production Division at the School of Cinematic Arts. His duties include responding to all phone inquiries and e-mail correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, overseeing general office operation and all mail-related duties, supervising Student Assistants and their reporting of hours, and assisting the Assistant Chair in managing of monthly budget expenses.

Martofel is a bilingual filmmaking graduate from Carnegie Mellon University ('05). He has spent the past four years working for various production companies. Most recently, he served as the associate producer at Playground Media Group helping to create all of the bonus content to be featured in the DVD/Blu-ray box sets of Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Private Practice. Martofel has also produced/directed various shorts and promos. Currently, he is producing a webisode series and developing a feature script.
