"DreamWorlds" Opening Reception
July 31, 2012, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
USC School of Cinematic Arts Gallery
This event is by invitation only.
The USC School of Cinematic Arts and DreamWorks Animation SKG present a behind-the-scenes look at the artistry and imagination of the visual development process in animated feature filmmaking. This curated exhibit draws from DreamWorks Animation’s twenty-four animated feature films including "Shrek," "Kung Fu Panda," "Madagascar," and "How To Train Your Dragon" along with the upcoming November 2012 release, "Rise of the Guardians." More than one hundred original drawings and paintings, digital designs, character maquettes, miniature sets, stereo footage, and other creative elements that encapsulate the feature animation filmmaking process will be on display in the SCA Gallery through September 7, 2012.
