The USC School of Cinematic Arts Sound Department is proud to announce that The Maiden and the
Princess has been nominated for an MPSE (Motion Picture Sound Editors) Golden Reel Award. 

The SCA Sound Department will host this SPECIAL SCREENING OF ALL FIVE NOMINATED FILMS in the Verna Fields Award in Sound Editing for Student Filmmakers category.

In addition to industry recognition, the winning
entry receives the Verna Fields Award in Sound
Editing for Student Filmmakers.

All nominated Sound Designers are scheduled to appear, along with representatives from MPSE.

The Golden Reel Awards

areas of sound editing: Dialogue & ADR, Effects
