Sandi Berg received her B.A. in film from UCLA as well as an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from UCLA. While in grad school, she teamed up with her sister and they sold their first screenplay Almost Summer (starring Tim Matheson and Bruno Kirby) to Universal which was produced while both were still students.

Sandi has subsequently sold scripts to most of the major studios as well as writing for television – episodic, television movies, and TV pilots.  Her body of work covers such diverse genres as comedy, sci-fi, and thrillers.  In January 2016 her romantic comedy “Love on the Sidelines” starring Emily Kinney (“The Walking Dead”) aired on the Hallmark Channel.  And subsequently in  2016 another film she co-wrote called "Summer Love" starring Rachael Leigh Cook premiered in August on the Hallmark Channel.

Along with screenwriting, Sandi is also a contributing editor to “Written By” Magazine (The Writer’s Guild of America) and has written several critically acclaimed pieces on screenwriters and their craft.
