Jon Kroll has directed three feature films and produced dozens of television programs, including The Amazing Race, for which he was honored with a 2004 Primetime Emmy Award, and High School Confidential, which captured 2009 Genie and WIN awards as well as a Prism nomination. His recent credits include Ten Million Dollar Bigfoot Bounty for Spike, The Week the Women Wentfor BBC Worldwide, Big Baboon House for NatGeo, Flipping Vegas for A&E and Pit Bulls & Parolees for Animal Planet. For four years, Jon was Executive Vice President, Original Programming, for New Line Television, where he oversaw a diverse development slate and served as executive producer on both scripted and unscripted shows. His other television credits include Amish in the City, Blade - The Series, From Star Wars to Star Wars: The Story of Industrial Light & Magic and three seasons of Big Brother. His films include Menno’s Mind and Amanda and the Alien, Showtime's highest rated original picture of 1995. He earned a B.A. from San Francisco State and an M.F.A. from the Peter Stark Program at USC.
