YouTube, Facebook, Second Life—what do they have in common?
This fall enroll in IML 101: The Languages of New Media or IML 340: The Praxis of New Media, to explore the impact of new media on issues of identity, scholarship and literacy.

The Honors in Multimedia Scholarship program is an innovative and cutting-edge program open to all undergraduate students, from all disciplines, interested in exploring new forms of scholarship and research. Working closely with leading USC faculty, students develop critical and creative abilities in the use of images, video, sound, text and interactivity. Learn to become literate in a whole new language of new media.

There is no application necessary to join the program.

 

Begin with IML 101 or IML 340 and see if the program is right for you!

 


*Freshmen and sophomores encouraged to enroll. Juniors may enroll in an IML introductory course but may not be able to complete the program.
