Kara Keeling Awarded

A Grant through the Advancing Scholarship

Assistant Professor of Critical Studies Kara Keeling has been awarded a grant through the Advancing Scholarship in the Humanities and Social Sciences program.  

This competitive grant will support research towards completion of her African Cinema and Digital Technologies project, in part by enabling her to attend the Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou (FESPACO), the largest African film festival, in spring of 2009.
